You learn on your own brand and your own content work. The Kudo kit comes with it so you can practise from the brief all the way to a draft good enough to approve.

See what Kudo does

The agent you get while learning

Kudo is the agent. You learn to use it.

Kudo is a content agent kit that runs in ChatGPT Work/Codex or Claude. It carries skills, workflows and Conan resources to carry out the work you assign, from plan to draft to post-publish follow-up.

  1. 01

    Plan the content

From your goals, customers and product: proposes topics, post order and a schedule.

  2. 02

    Classify each post

Is it a post for newcomers to discover you, one that helps them understand, or one that presents the offer? Every post has its own job.

  3. 03

    Pick angle, structure, format

Searches the Conan library for the hook, narrative and treatment that fit the post's goal.

  4. 04

Write and edit to the brand

Uses your expertise, stories, sample posts and standards to draft, then revise.

  5. 05

    Find images, produce many formats

Chooses sourced images; turns the source post into social, web, carousel, video and ebook through the right tools.

  6. 06

Check and prepare for your approval

Checks voice, facts, sources, promises and layout before preparing to publish.

  7. 07

Read feedback and plan what's next

With connections and permissions in place, tracks post quality and engagement; suggests fixes and the next topics.

Watch one round of briefing KudoChange the goal, see the plan, draft and review

A prepared interactive example (in Vietnamese) that shows how briefing works in the course; it does not call the agent live. The seven steps follow the seven jobs above: pick a goal, see the proposed schedule, choose the post's job, choose format and narrative, read the draft, check and approve.

Read the sample content in six formatsFacebook · Web · Carousel · Short video · Long video · Ebook

The Facebook part is three original posts by Thông Phan, each with more than 3,000 shares, kept word for word with source links. The other five formats are a sample set edited for the course. Facebook images are the ones originally posted; the other five use photos from real Conan classes. Video scripts are not rendered videos. All samples are in Vietnamese.

Social media

Read real posts. See real writing.

Three posts from Thông Phan's personal Facebook, each with more than 3,000 shares. Pick one to read in full: how it calls out the right reader, opens the story, builds the idea and ends with an invitation.

3 original posts · full text · source links

  • 3.3K · 11K · 4.2K shares
  • Verbatim posts by Thông Phan
  • Images exactly as in the original Facebook posts

Web

Work through one real example together.

Uses a Conan course to go from the reader's question to a profile and a brief. Every choice comes with a reason, a limit and a way to self-check.

Guide article · before and after

  • Ask the right question before writing
  • Facts, promises and sources kept apart
  • Retry on another question to test the profile

Carousel

Every swipe adds something to think about.

Seven slides with their own arc: a full content calendar, a story of writing that missed, a different way of seeing, then something to try. Not just a source post cut into seven pieces.

7 slides · swipe and read

  • One question pulls the reader through each slide
  • Concrete situations and editing lines
  • The last slide invites a try, no hard sell

Short video

One test, before writing more.

Swap the brand name in the draft and see what is still yours. Six scenes with lines to record, subtitles and shots to film; not a rendered video.

6 scenes · planned pace 75-90 seconds

  • Opens with an action viewers can try
  • Shows the gap and how to fix it
  • Length to be set after a read-through

Long video

Edit together, and hear why.

Six parts work one example from start to finish. Viewers hear why a promise gets struck out, how sources are kept and how notes are saved so the next post is different.

6 parts · script of about 6-8 minutes

  • Dialogue follows actions on the document
  • Fix old lines, then test on another case
  • Exercise keeps before/after, reasons and sources

Ebook

Open it and work on a passage of your own.

A standalone workbook with before/after examples and blanks to fill in each part. The output is a revised passage with the reason for approval, a small profile and how to brief the next post.

6 parts · read and download

  • Exercises with facts and self-check questions
  • State what is unknown, never fill it with invention
  • Check a small batch and read post-publish feedback

What is inside the Kudo kit?Repo · Library · Workflows · Standards · Connectors

The machinery behind Kudo

What you receive and learn to use

Brief templates, a library to search, workflows to run and checklists to know when a post is ready. You learn to use each piece for the right job.

The Conan resource library
01Environment & the Kudo repo

ChatGPT Work/Codex or Claude: where you assign work, read sources, use files and run the tasks the environment supports. The repo holds instructions, brand context and work templates; skills package a method so it can be reused.

You learn to check the setup, pick the right workflow, read real output and handle tools that fail to run.

02The Conan resource library

Hooks, structures, angles, wording and storytelling: search by goal, customer and format. Examples to learn from, and criteria to know which ones fit your brand.

Templates: brand foundation, brief, content calendar, source post, script, slides and ebook structure. You adapt them, then add the versions that work to your own library.

03Skills, workflows & standards

Plan, research, write/edit, find visuals, repurpose, check quality, track. Every step has inputs, outputs, stop points and a hand-off.

Rubrics check brand voice, argument, accuracy, sources, persuasiveness and format. Errors become specific feedback to fix the workflow.

04Visuals, video & content assets

The Conan image and asset library: search, pick visuals that fit the meaning, keep the source. An image-search tool fills in when the library has nothing suitable.

HyperFrames: combines HTML, CSS and media assets to build and export MP4 video. You learn storyboarding, pacing, checking previews and exporting through the tool; slide, web and ebook workflows use templates for each output.

About HyperFrames
05Channel connections & post-publish ops

Learn to prepare posts and schedules, test connections within supported channels, track post URLs, read the metrics and comments you have access to, and compile reports.

Kudo proposes the next content and drafts replies for your approval. Which connections work depends on the environment; it is not assumed every social network allows automated posting or data access.

How you learn, and how much time it takes

About 20 hours. Learn, then make it with Kudo.

Running a business or building a personal brand? Bring that very brand to the course. Every part has something to try and material to take home and keep using.

Adaptive learning in Conan School

The system uses a learner model to pick the lessons and practice that fit you. What you already know goes fast; where you get stuck you get explanations and feedback to keep practising.

16 hours is an estimate to help you plan. You may go faster or slower depending on your background and skills.

4 hours

Live hands-on with Kudo

Bring a few sample posts and one content job you need done. Together you set up Kudo, load your brand, run the workflow, read the draft and fix it right on the output.

The goal is that you can carry on alone after the session, with the agent kit, templates and standards you were shown.

Nothing is sent while you fill in the form. You review, copy and send it yourself in Messenger. This page does not store your registration details.

Before you decide.

Am I signing up for a course or hiring an agent?

You register for Conan School's Content Agent course, which comes with the Kudo agent kit for practising and making content. You learn positioning, sales and communication first; then content knowledge and craft; finally AI and hands-on Kudo on your own brand. The repo, skills, workflows, templates and Conan library are part of the course; there are 12 months of community support and Kudo updates. AI accounts and outside services are chosen separately to suit your needs.

How much time do I need for the course?

About 20 hours: 16 hours of adaptive learning in the Conan School system and 4 live hours of hands-on practice. The 16 hours is an estimate to help you plan, not a required duration for everyone. What you know already can go faster; where you get stuck will need more practice. After that you keep applying it with support from the 12-month community.

What if I am not good with AI or have no brand foundation yet?

The course has an AI basics part and a brand foundation part so you can build your first context pack. Bring a brand or area of expertise, a product and a few sample posts or customer situations. The learning system helps you practise what is missing; you do not need to code to start using the guided workflows.

Will Kudo post and reply to customers 24/7 on its own?

Kudo aims to execute on a plan, but scheduled runs, reading metrics, posting or drafting replies depend on the environment, connections and permissions granted. The course shows you how to set review points and limit permissions. Anything published publicly or any reply on behalf of the brand needs your approval through the workflow you choose.

Do I need to buy lots of extra tools?

The course favours the systems and tools you already use: ChatGPT Work/Codex or Claude, skills and repo, the Conan library and the right tool for each output. AI account fees and outside services are not part of the tuition. You are guided to choose an approach to fit your needs; buying every tool is never assumed.

Do the share counts guarantee my content will go viral or sell?

There is no promise of views, shares, customers or revenue. The figures are specific results of the people who made them; album images name the person and the original course. You learn to build a message, check quality, measure feedback and improve for your own brand's context.

What do I get during the 12 months of community?

Support using Kudo, resource and workflow updates, discussion and connections with members. The community runs offline activities on a schedule. When access starts and the exact schedule will be announced in the registration details; ongoing private 1:1 support is not assumed.
