The school's front door for newcomers, from hero to pricing.

A school for small business owners

Learn business by cracking cases

Every lesson is a real case from someone else's shop. You hunt for clues, guess the cause, then apply it to your own business this very week.

Each case takes just 12 minutes. Works on your phone.

A bakery loses 40% of carts at the last step. What do you check first?

Four detectives, four angles

A case rarely has only one answer. Each detective asks a different kind of question, and you learn to switch lenses when needed.

What do customers really want?

The Trench Coat says little, stands in the corner of the shop and watches people buy. He believes the answer lies in what customers do, not what they say.

  • Where do they stop, and where do they walk away?
  • What word do they use for your product?
  • Which job are they hiring you to do?

Three steps for every case

No long lectures. You always start with a situation and end with something to do.

  1. Get the file

You read a short situation from a real shop: numbers, customer words, a few odd details. No theory needed yet.

    3 minutes
  2. Follow the clues

Pick the right detective and answer one small question at a time. Wrong guesses are fine: each one rules out a clue.

    7 minutes
  3. Close the case

You get the solution and a small task for your own shop. Next week, come back and report the result to your mentor.

Anything still on your mind?

If you don't see your answer, message us. A real person will read it.

I have never studied business. Can I keep up?
Yes. Beginner cases only ask you to observe and pick an answer. Any term you need, a detective explains at the right moment.
How much time do I need each day?
One case takes about 12 minutes. Many learners study at lunch or after closing the shop.
Are the cases close to my industry?
Cases come from many small trades: food, retail, services, workshops. The final task of every case always asks you to apply it to your own shop.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. The refund policy for yearly plans will be spelled out when official prices are announced.
Who are the mentors, and how do they grade?
Mentors have run small businesses themselves. They read the task you submit and reply with concrete comments, not a dry score.

Your first case is waiting on the desk

Open the file and read for three minutes. If it isn't for you, fine: you still leave with a good question for your shop.
